Return & Exchange Policy

At Dupe Factorie, we value your satisfaction and aim to be as transparent as possible with our return and exchange policies. Please read the information below carefully, as policies differ between in-store and online purchases.


🛍️ In-Store Purchase Policy

Exchange Only – No Refunds

Items purchased in-store may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • All tags are still attached

  • The item is returned with the original receipt or proof of purchase

No refunds will be issued for in-store purchases unless required by law. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is not available, store credit may be offered at our discretion.


💻 Online Return Policy

All Sales Are Final

Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase. All online sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for online purchases, except in the following cases:

Exceptions to Our Online No Refund Policy:

  • Damaged or Defective Items:
    If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

  • Incorrect Item Received:
    If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please notify our Customer Service within 5 days. We will correct the issue with a refund or exchange.

  • Legal Compliance:
    Any refunds or returns required by applicable consumer protection laws will, of course, be honored.
